Sangath teams at Goa, Bhopal & Delhi Hubs sported vibrant shades of 🩵blue🩵 showing their solidarity with individuals with autism & raise awareness to & the autism community.
Sangath Webinar on 'Understanding Autism' brought the focus on Lived experiences of Autism community & in resonance with this year's theme of 'Advancing Neurodiversity', with speakers Muskan P. and Gopika Kapoor.

Most working adults spend nearly two-third of their waking time at their workplace. The challenges of working include task-execution, meeting deadlines, managing teams, work related travel, managing interpersonal relationships, etc. which can be further compounded by some workplace specific issues like long work hours, erratic work hours, handling critical issues of life and death, etc. This causes a significant impact on mental health wellbeing of employees. Mental Health professionals and Human Resources personnel have been expressing these concerns and accordingly the theme for the World Mental Health day 2024 is Mental Health In the workplace.
