CDCE Sikkim

A non-profit organisation based in Sikkim, CDCE was borne out of the need to cultivate wider and deeper public participation in democratic processes. Our Mission statement: “To cultivate an egalitarian, transparent and democratic civic culture in alignment with the ideals of the Indian Constitution and the unique context of Sikkim.”
