Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif backs suryavanshi inspite of theee back to back failures.

Kaif said: “The way Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has shown his potential, if I were the captain or the coach, I'd be willing to back him even if he failed in 10 matches. Yes, I'm talking about giving him 10 games,” .

Archer and Josh Tongue were the main reasons India was bowled out for 76. Archer picked up 3 wickets for 29 runs in his 3 overs, while Tongue took 4 for 28. India lost 5 wickets inside the first 5 overs and never recovered.

Speaking in the press conference, Archer explained how bowling in England is different from India. He said, “Here you try to bowl a good length and keep it straight. But there, wickets are more helpful for batters and the boundaries are also smaller. So you have to be very accurate with your bowling.”

According to Archer, bowlers get a little more room for error in England, but in the IPL even a small mistake can cost you. He added, “In the IPL, sometimes even 200 runs are not safe. After scoring 200 on that pitch, I wouldn’t say we were fully confident, but I felt that chasing it would need a special innings.”
