2. Alter --(especially written) to change something so that it may better or more suitable . Ex can we alter the date of meeting

3. Adapt -- to Change something to suit different conditions or uses-- you can adapt the recipe suits to your requirements.

4. Adjust-- to change something slightly especially to make it correct and effective. Ex -- he adjusted his tie in the mirror

5. Modify To change something like plan , opinion to make it more effective especially written . Ex government should modify the plan for the sake of public.

6. reform- To change the system, organisations or any law to make it fairer. Ex. - domestic violence act need to be reformed

7. Reorganize - to organize something in a new way . Ex. We have had to reorganize our data.
