Infinity '17 03/08/2017

On Thursday, July 27, 2017, multiple events under our annual physics competition Infinity were held in various venues across the school. The events, along with their winners, are as follows:

QUIZ

1st place - The Nutrinos (Pramansh Rastogi, Ankit Anand and Samujjwal Pandey)
2nd place - Okay (Abhinav Kumar, Jason Joby and Aniket Jain)
3rd place – Chaos (Kanav Nema, Sarthak Chhabra and Sarthak Jain)

FERMI

1st place – Sincerity (A***n Ramabadhran and Manas Kulkarni)
2nd place – Aspiration (Arush Utkarsh and Achal)
3rd place – Gratitude (Harsh Pandey and Rudransh Mishra)

T&E

1st place – Aspiration (Apoorva Narula and Sidhant Sarkar)
2nd place – Honesty (Jayant Duneja and Ritvik Singh)
3rd place – Truth (Kabir Tyagi and Ganesh T.S.)

We congratulate the winners and thank all the participants for their enthusiasm.

We would like to acknowledge the collaborative efforts behind this Infinity. We owe a great thanks to Minet, without whom we couldn’t have had Enigma. We also thank Iris, whose members worked with us throughout the making of Infinity.

Enigma, our online cryptic hunt, was held on July 24-25, 2017. This year more than 50 teams participated, which led to many interesting discussions, and even more interesting answers.

We have finally reached the conclusion of our annual online hunt, Enigma. We saw a tremendous turnout this year, with over 60 teams taking part (nearly double the number from last year!).

This year's winners were,

Runner's up - isdek (Kaavya Jeevakumar, Manaswi Sharma and Ishika Kaul)
