POSITION: Technical Sales Executive

No. of Position: 15 (UK and US process)

Job Description:

* Responsible for answering calls politely and professionally from international clients.
* Responsible for providing technical support assistance to UK customer.
* Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, phones and all kind of relevant devices and Pop up.
* Upselling profile.


Eligibility Criteria

* Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
* Technically sound is an add on advantage.
* Salary Offered: 12 - 25 K + Great INCENTIVES (No bar for deserving candidate)
* Shift Timing: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (UK Shift)
10:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift)
(Candidate should be flexible with timings)
* Cab facility for UK Shift Only. For US, Travel Allowance will be provided.
* Meal Facility
*Age limit: 18 to 32 years
