6). Use Title Attributes with Links.
7). Use Alt Attributes with Images.
8). Use Lower Case Markup and Close Your Tags Properly.
9). Use an Unordered List () for Navigation.
10). Use Heading Elements Wisely.
11). Minify, Unify and Move Down JavaScript.
12). Minify and Unify CSS and Never Use Inline Styles.
