Hospitality today goes beyond accommodation—it creates destinations for celebration, gathering, and recreation.
Our massing study envisions lower levels with banquet halls, event spaces, and meeting rooms planned around courtyards with water bodies.
Rising above, a vertical tower of efficiently planned guest rooms balances energy below with privacy and comfort above.

Solar analysis plays a critical role in shaping how a façade performs.
For our recent residential project, House 25 in New Delhi, solar studies guided the façade strategy through orientation-led shading and controlled openings, reducing heat gain while allowing for measured natural light. Located at a busy junction, the façade also acts as a protective noise buffer, enhancing indoor comfort without compromising openness.
