Company Secretary (CS) – IPO & Listing Compliance

Job Overview

Hlinker is hiring an experienced Company Secretary for a leading manufacturing company based in Gurgaon, which is in the advanced stage of its IPO journey. This is a critical role involving IPO ex*****on, listing compliances, and ongoing regulatory governance.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end handling of IPO-related compliances and documentation
Liaison with SEBI, Stock Exchanges (BSE/NSE), ROC, and other regulatory authorities

Coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws

Drafting and vetting of DRHP/RHP, policies, disclosures, board and committee papers
Acting as Secretary to the Board, Board Committees, and Shareholders

Managing post-listing compliances and corporate governance framework
Overseeing secretarial audits and regulatory filings

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member)

8–10 years of post-qualification experience
Mandatory experience in IPO and listing compliance

Strong working knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, and corporate laws

Prior experience in manufacturing or listed entities preferred

Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
