CASA, with support from India Exim Bank, is implementing a menstrual hygiene initiative across 40 villages in Parbhani, Maharashtra. Since April 10, 2026, awareness sessions and distribution drives have covered 19 villages, reaching 10000+ rural women and adolescent girls with reusable sanitary pads (RSPs).

Early responses show strong participation, improved awareness, and a positive shift towards adopting reusable sanitary pads despite ongoing challenges like social hesitation and limited resources.
