Parmod Kumar Jain stepped in the sole manufacturing industry in the year 1993 as the proprietor of “JAIN POLYMERS” situated in Delhi. Later in 2005 his efforts paved the way for establishment of “JAINCO FOOTCARE” located at Kala Aamb in Himachal Pradesh, which, came into full operation in 2010. Amazingly, today Mr. Jain owns 4 units in Narela and one unit in Mangolpuri Industrial Area , New Delhi. All this helped him in getting the know-how to set up one of the most successful sole and shoe manufacturing units in India today. The sole unit has grown from a manpower strength of 25 people and 300 pairs of soles to an operating workforce of 300 people manufacturing 20,000 pairs of soles per day. “Our passion for our products and commitment to deliveries has set us far apart from our competitors, ” states Mr. Jain.
