s instructor and personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine Gautam Malhotra & Natesh Malhotra have designed a program that will focus on reducing physical limitations and barriers, avoidance of injury, swing efficiency and effectiveness, and of course speed and power. You will not find this type of program enhancement anywhere else in this area. Our advice is that if you want to maximize your potential you must take this class. As with all group programs at the IGPI, instruction will be individualized within the group. Each student will undergo a physical and golf swing evaluation. The program’s design will be based solely on this evaluation. Students will use and have access to the latest golffitness knowledge and golf swing technology. Space is limited, and students will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis. THIS IS NOT A STRAIGHTFORWARD FITNESS CLASS SUCH AS YOU WOULD FIND ELSEWHERE. It is a highly specialized individual specific program conducted by certified golf fitness instructors designed to boost performance. FEB 2013 - Junior Golf Performance and Conditioning Program

Young athletes cannot pass up this opportunity if they want to succeed. Research undoubtedly shows junior golfers aged 12-18 years are at a period in their lives that will make or break their competency to perform at their peak performance. And not just in the short term, it will affect the rest of their lives. This area is the last window of opportunity to develop the physical fundamentals essential in today’s top athlete. Students will be expected to attend 2 times a week for 12 weeks staring every Monday from February 4th, 2013. (Total 24 sessions)

2 evaluation sessions (swing evaluation & fitness evaluation) will also be conducted

Sessions may be joined at anytime if space is available. The athletes will be expected to do workouts at home at least 2 times a week as well and will be provided workouts as part of the class. Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 or 4:30-5:30
Thursdays 3:30-4:30 or 4:30-5:30
Saturdays 10:30-11:30 or 12:00-1:00

6 students per session allowed

3 month (Junior) package Rs 18,500 (Includes 3 month GYM membership)
3 month (Senior) package Rs 20,000 (Includes 3 month GYM membership)
