Job Description for Quality Analyst:
To audit defined number of calls as per the process guidelines (inbound & outbound) and ensure 100% coverage to the aligned team.
• Monitor calls to ensure process compliance is met.
• Would need to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy
• Daily reporting of the tasks completed and areas of opportunities.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good experience on feedback documentation procedure.
• Candidate should be able to clearly document the opportunity areas and keep track of the performance on those aspects
• Feedback sharing with all the aligned team members and ensure closure of the feedback
• Should be able to mentor agents

Job Description for Process Trainer:
Training and managing team in regards to Customer handling, Process Skills and Technical Skills and need to ensure that they meet the SLAs of the Process - Productivity, TAT & Quality
• To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide report to the Management.
• Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets.
• To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team and client meetings on regular basis to ensure all problems are dealt with effectively & efficiently.
• To conduct regular briefings for the team to discuss performance and process updates.
• To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps (OJT Training)
• Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
• To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence
• Ensure the professional and ethical conduct of team members
• Accountable for smooth flow of operations
• Coordination between Management and Team Members
