About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced US staffing environment and have a passion for closing positions, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Work extensively on W2 requirements (primary focus)
Manage hiring for C2C and 1099 roles
Source candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
Screen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles within TAT
Conduct initial HR/technical screenings
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Negotiate salaries/rates and close positions efficiently
Maintain ATS and candidate database regularly

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory)
Good understanding of C2C & 1099 models
Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing strategies
Knowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred

Experience with direct clients or implementation partners
Familiarity with ATS tools & recruitment metrics
Strong networking & pipeline-building ability
