Mr. R.A KILA, the founder chairman of the Perfect Group has been the cornerstone and architect of the group. His experiences span across diverse engagements and have provided the edge to the group while servicing its varied clientele across divisions. He is a qualified professional, having completed his Company Secretary ship in 1982 and Chartered Accountancy in 1983. His entrepreneurial streak is evident from the fact that today, the 3 decade old Perfect Group is a diversified industrial house with activities spanning across a spectrum of services. He continues to envision and guide the growth initiatives of the group across all divisions. He is also an executive member of the expert committees of ASSOCHAM on Finance & Banking and Capital Markets and is well heard in corporate circles. He is on the board of several reputed companies. R.A Kila is committed to the social cause. He is the General Secretary (South Delhi) for All India Vaish Federation & All India Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan. He is also the founder president of South delhi branch of All India Marwari Yuva Manch (AIMYM). Under his aegis camps have been conducted for providing calipers and other activities needed to make India handicapped free. Kila is also an active functionary in other organizations viz. 2. Vinod Kila

Mr. Vinod Kila is the chief financial advisor to the group. A qualified and practicing CA himself, he looks after the overall financial planning for the group and spearheads the corporate advisory arm of the group. A former president of the AIMYM (South Delhi Branch), he is a key member of the group’s social initiatives and leads various projects with the help of many NGO setups that he holds key positions in.

3. Ashish Kila

Ashish is a rank holder CA and MBA from MDI Gurgaon. Having worked with leading investment banks like Goldman Sachs & Morgan Stanley in their equity research division, he is now spearheading the group’s investment management division as the CIO. Ashish regularly speaks on various capital market forums at ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) conferences, MDI Gurgaon, Investor forums, Value investing discussions and his works are mentioned in national dailies on a recurring basis.

4. Anish Kila

Anish, MBA (IIFT Delhi), the most recent addition to the senior management currently manages the retail financing portfolio for the group. Prior to Perfect, he worked with the Essar Group and during his extensive corporate stint, looked after corporate strategy and management control of major verticals of the group.
