PLYHAAT’s Dipping Chemical are perfect for Plywood, Block Board and Flush Doors compatible with all Face veneers such as - Gurgan, Okuma, Holang, Makkai etc. We have adopted highly skilled & quality control measures as per ISI Standards [Wood Preservative (CCB)] in the making dipping chemicals. Our experts maintain all parameters as per listed ISI Standards and keep ratios perfectly of all chemicals and colours.
PLYHAAT Dipping Chemical is not only colour as other people our selling in open market in fact it's proper Dipping Chemical CCB which protects plywood from borer and termites and simultaneously provide good colour on your face veneer, hence only one dipping Chemical for all type face veneers.
We suggest of mixing our dipping chemical in the ratio of 1 kg of chemical with 25 to 30 kg of water. Means our 7 kg chemical is sufficient for 200 liters of water which is sufficient for dipping approximately 30000 square feet of plywood/board or doors.
Our Dipping Chemical cost is very nominal. It will cost you less than 10 Paisa per sq. ft. for all Plywood, Block Board and Flush Doors.
