Machine (extrusion) start up and shut down
Die changeover followed by SMED procedure
Responsible for production process monitoring and ex*****on of PVC extrusion lines
Setting and reviewing process parameters at the time of machine start-up
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should having degree of ITI or Diploma
Good exp. in PVC and CPVC and/or HDPE pipe industry
Willing to work in rotational shift
Ensure most efficient production levels

b description ( Industrial electrician) - Cable tray installation with support  ray Work with readymade bends , T, & cross  Tray Work with fabrication of bends, T & cross junctions
- GI & PVC conduit works , including conduit bending works
- Casing & capping works
- Panel board/ DB/ MCC installation with required supports. - Installation of various electrical devices in plant / industrial construction projects
- Cable Glanding & termination works on LV Armoured cables upto 600mm2 .
Gland plate cutting experience.
- Cable pulling & dressing works
- Lighting works on plant areas & buildings
- Earthing works on plants & buildings
- Testing & commissioning works
- BMS systems device installation & connection
 F & G devices  CCTV

- Familiarity in Use of megger, multimeter , clamp meter, hydraulic crimping
tool, bending machine, wire stripping tool, hydraulic jack , earth tester, HIPOT
