इससे पहले थिएटर प्ले को लेकर मेरी बहुत सारी अवधारणाएं थीं कि कैसे लोग घंटों तक कुछ कलाकारों को एक ही फ्रेम में देख सकते हैं। यह कितना बोरिंग होता होगा। लेकिन मैं आपको बताऊं, यह प्ले लगभग 4 घंटे चला और दर्शक एक टक लगाए बस सामने देखते रहे। मैं भी अपनी जगह से टस से मस न हुआ। इंटरवल में दस मिनट का ब्रेक हुआ, फिर भी रिफ्रेशमेंट का मजा लेने बाहर नहीं गया। हाउसफुल सीट में कौन भला अपनी जगह खोना चाहे, और उसमें भी जब आपके पास पहली लाइन की बेस्ट सीट हो।

कुल मिलाकर बताऊं तो बहुत मजा आया। इस प्ले ने हंसाया, रुलाया, गांव की याद दिलाई, और सामाजिक तौर पर हमें इंसान होने की जिम्मेदारियों का भी एहसास कराया।

थियेटर से निकलने के बाद मैं ऐसे मोड में था जैसे मानो मैं मन ही मन अपने पुरखों से शिकायत कर रहा हूं कि लाइव थियेटर शो का असली मजा तो वो ले गए और हमें टीवी वाला एंटरटेनमेंट देकर हमें सस्ते में निपटा दिया।

I rarely get a chance to use my camera these days because of classes. However, yesterday I went to the lighting practice shoot of a cinematography student Sudarshan. He and his classmate designed a beautiful set with stunning lighting, and I captured these pictures.
