Responsibilities:
Product Description Translation:
Translate product descriptions, specifications, and details from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accurate representation of products.
Website Localization:
Localize website content to cater to the Japanese market, including banners, promotional materials, and customer-facing communication.
Customer Support:
Provide Japanese language support for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Market Research:
Conduct research on Japanese consumer trends, preferences, and online behavior to contribute insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration with Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and promotions across different platforms.
Content Creation:
Assist in creating and editing content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms targeted at Japanese-speaking audiences.
Quality Assurance:
Review and proofread translated materials, product listings, and marketing content to maintain accuracy and coherence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and customer service, to integrate language services seamlessly into the Ecommerce process.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (N2 and above) and fluency in English.
Exceptional writing and communication skills in both languages.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Fresher can also apply, or Proven experience in translation, content creation, or Ecommerce-related roles.
Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and industry-specific terminology is a plus.
Cultural Competence:
Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behavior and cultural nuances in the Ecommerce context.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of Ecommerce operations and respond quickly to market changes.
Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and other relevant tools.
