POWER OF POSTURE STRETCHES PART 3 OF 3: SINGLE LEG SQUAT
The "Chair Squat" is a great beginner exercise for helping you learn how to do the "Squat", one of the best lower body exercises to increase resiliency in your legs Most of us may find this exercise difficult to pull off BUT demonstrates an easy to perform variation while sitting on the SitSmart Posture Core.
You're basically working from the hip, knee, on up, and then sitting down. Single leg squats help target your glutes, hips and quad muscles. This exercise is great for building mobility, as well as improving your balance and stability!
Now you have no excuse to not stretch at the office.
