For ten years, Railway PSUs have not only helped move the nation—they have helped build the minds that will shape its future.

Ten years ago, that question led to the creation of CONCOR Super 30 in Varanasi. Supported by Container Corporation of India Ltd. and inaugurated by the then Minister of State for Railways, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, the initiative set out with a modest ambition—to ensure that financial circumstances would not stand between a student and their potential.

A decade later, the answer can be found in the journeys of hundreds of students who went on to study at , , and other premier institutions. It can be found in families whose aspirations grew larger, in communities inspired by success stories, and in young minds that discovered what they were capable of achieving.

Ten years may seem like a measure of time. For us, it is a measure of trust, partnership, and belief in the transformative power of education.

As we celebrate this milestone, we thank CONCOR, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, Hon'ble Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji, and everyone who has contributed to this shared vision over the years.

The story of CONCOR Super 30 was never about coaching students for an examination.
