As per the Master Plan of Delhi 2021, L-Zone is among Delhi's 15 planning zones and is located on the South-West region of Delhi which covers approx 23,000 hectare of land. Being close to IGI Airport together its proximity to Dwarka and Gurgaon are few of the factors that that are pulling potential investors towards this project.
