1. Patients who are looking for medical treatment in India, We request them to share the medical reports/clinical history or current health complaints. They can opt to submit online through our company website. (www.humane-healthcare.com) or through direct WhatsApp number ( +91-9717570961/9654419119). Once, we get detailed reports, the case manager discusses the same with our Empanelled hospitals and Doctors. then we share the detailed medical advice /medical treatment quotation and tentative treatment plan based on shared reports with our patients.


2. PRE-ARRIVAL SERVICES -
a. Upon receiving the confirmation from the patient’s end about the travel plan. b.We also organize a series of meetings with the doctors where the patient is looking to get treated. c.We send a Visa invitation letter from the chosen hospital

d. To help the patient in paperwork for the Medical Visa (M Visa)/ embassy works. e. After arrival confirmation, We help in scheduling of medical appointments as and when required.

3. On Arrival Services:-


The services provided by Humane upon arrival are mentioned below-
o Receiving of patient and his attendants at the airport (ambulance, if required) and transfer them to the accommodation/hospital as per the choice of patients

o Providing affordable accommodation [Food, hotels (Budget, Deluxe and Luxury Hotels), guest house etc.] in the vicinity of hospital

o Special assistance for the handicapped patients

o Language translators/Interpreters as per the patient’s requirement

o Foreign currency exchange

o Cell Phone Roaming Services /Local SIM/Call assistance

o As per the plan take the patient to the doctor for OPD consultation

o Our patients coordinator is there with the patient during the time when investigations/tests and OPD consultations being done in hospital

o Keep the referral doctor/ family of the patient well informed about the progress of the patient

o Help to get the patient discharge and also to help the patient settle his bills with the hospital. o Help patients and attendants settle the bills for the Guest House/Hotel while checking out. o Arrange for the attendants tours during the process of recuperation of the patient, if they require so Or do it along with the patient, as per the wish

4. FOLLOW-UP AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES:-

o Humane Medical Team is continuously do regular followup with Concerned Dr/hospital as and when required
o During the process of follow-up, arrange a call between the patient and the treating doctor in India
o Arrange transport to the Airport for the patient's return journey to his home country.
