Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Position Overview:
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the growth and development of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations, coaching, and development.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Organize and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Support employee engagement and retention efforts through wellness programs, team-building activities, and other initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
