Position AGENCY MANAGER | UNIT MANAGER – Agency Channel



CTC UNIT MANAGER – UPTO-2.40 LACS P.A.+INCENTIVES.

AGENCY MANAGER – UPTO 3.50 Lacs P.A.+INCENTIVES.




Role 1. Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors

Reporting To Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. To recruit team of Insurance Advisors as per the corporate strategy.

2. To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.

3. To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.

4. To train IAs with the help of training team.

5. To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.



Person Profile Graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Insurance or BFSI ONLY.



Critical competencies:-
1. Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations.
2. Good Communication Skills.
3. Good team building skills.
4. Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes.
5. Training and motivation capacity.

Key Interactions:-

1) Customers.
2) Branch / Divisional Sales Manager.
3) Insurance Advisors.
4) Ops manager.
5) Trainer.
Measures of success
Achievement of sales targets and others parameters, retention.

Candidate should possess the following attributes:

* Working with people

* Entrepreneurial and commercial focus.

* Drive for results

* Maturity

* High Confidence levels, good Communication.

* Should have stable past career employment history.

* Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track records.

* Minimum Graduate in any stream.



Experience: Minimum 1yr Experience of Sales In Any Industry.
