A new flight of has begun for girls in . ✨
In many villages, talent is never the problem.
Access is.
To bridge this gap, ISRA with the support of the JKCement, has initiated the Udaan Learning & Resource Centre in the Buxar district of — a step towards empowering young girls through competitive exam coaching, mentorship, and skill-building support.
📚 The initiative aims to support rural girls with:
✔ Free coaching for competitive examinations
✔ Academic mentoring and guidance
✔ Digital learning resources
✔ Career preparedness and confidence-building
✔ Safe and accessible learning spaces within the community
The enrolment process for 100 girls has already begun, with overwhelming participation from aspiring students across nearby villages.
From SSC and Banking to Railways and Police examinations — the centre is designed to help girls prepare for opportunities that can shape independent and dignified futures.
What makes this initiative truly meaningful is not just education, but the belief it instills:
that daughters from rural communities deserve equal access to dreams, opportunities, and success.🌱

Stories of often begin with a simple decision—to try.
Meet Nikki Kaur, a 33-year-old woman from , district, Bihar, who chose to turn her aspirations into action.
Living with her two daughters and elderly in-laws, while her husband works in Kerala, Nikki wanted to contribute to her family’s income without compromising her responsibilities at home. What followed is a powerful journey of resilience and self-reliance.
Under the social impact initiative in the Buxar district of Bihar, implemented as part of the JK Cement Yadupati Singhania Initiative – Jeevika Project, Nikki enrolled in a tailoring and sewing training program.
And she didn’t stop there.
✔️ She set up her own home-based sewing center
✔️ Started stitching garments for her local community
✔️ Began earning ₹1,500–₹2,000 per month in the early stages
But beyond income, the real transformation lies in:
💪 Confidence to lead her own journey
🏡 Ability to balance family and livelihood
🌟 Becoming an inspiration for other women in her village
Nikki’s journey reflects what targeted skill development and community-based interventions can truly achieve—dignity, independence, and sustainable livelihoods.
Her story is not just about stitching clothes; it’s about stitching a new future.

On the birth anniversary of B. R. Ambedkar, we are reminded that true is not just about on paper—but about , , and in everyday life. 🇮🇳
Dr. Ambedkar envisioned an India where the most marginalized could stand with equal opportunity. Today, that vision continues to guide us—especially as the country moves toward greater representation through the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, ensuring women have a stronger voice in shaping our nation. 👩⚖️✨
At ISRA, we see this transformation unfolding on the ground. 🌱
Through our livelihood and employment interventions, we have supported thousands in accessing government schemes—translating policy into real impact. What stands out most is the participation of 4,895 women who have taken steps toward financial independence and self-reliance 💪💼 .
From:
🔹 MGNREGA job cards enabling income security 🛠️
🔹 MSME (Udyam) registrations fostering entrepreneurship 🚀
🔹 Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyami Yojana supporting women-led enterprises 👩💼
🔹Manav Kalyan Yojana
🔹 Skill-based initiatives like silai training 🧵
Each number represents a woman stepping forward—breaking barriers, building livelihoods, and shaping her own future. 🌟
This is where policy meets purpose. 🤝
While the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam aims to strengthen women’s representation in governance 🏛️, initiatives on the ground ensure that women are equally empowered economically and socially—creating a holistic ecosystem of change. 🌍
Because real empowerment is not just about a seat at the table—
it is about the ability to speak, participate, and lead with confidence. 🗣️✨
As we celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti, let us reaffirm our commitment to building systems that are not just inclusive in intent, but inclusive in action. 🙌
