Would anyone like to adopt (and save) her?

This dog was found today near Akshardham with multiple wounds due to dog attacks - scared and hungry. One such incident took place today when I was present there. Seems like someone has abandoned her. Seemed pretty obedient & When I tried to leave her, she started crying.

Age: 4+
