Om. We’re happy to share that the 5 PM batch at Kintsugi restarts March 1st.

Rooted in the Mysore tradition, this evening practice is shaped to meet each practitioner individually — honouring where the body stands today, while gently cultivating strength, mobility, and awareness over time.

Through attentive sequencing and breath-led movement, joints are nourished, the spine regains space, and accumulated tension from the day is gradually released.

Beyond physical benefit, these quieter evening hours offer a transition inward — from activity to presence, from outward demand to inner steadiness.
