A Pseudo grain is a non grass plant source which is often used in the same manner as other grass grains. These are not true cereals but are actually plant seeds used for cooking purposes. ✨
They are considered to be whole grains, gluten-free and are packed with essential nutrients. Our ancient grains like amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, chia seeds, kaniwa are common pseudo cereals.
