We have all been there, picking up tasks that no one wants to do but there is a wider impact when these are not done. This is your reminder to be MINDFUL and ask yourselves some simple questions before you accept.
Remember that you have a CHOICE. There are exceptions to this rule for e.g when you are trying to impress a sponsor (who is not your manager and they haven't seen your work performance)
