Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium and Vitamin K helps in bone growth and maintenance.✨

Calcium can be obtained from many sources other than milk and milk products.🥛🧀
So if you are suffering from lactose intolerance ,than you also easily have adequate Calcium content by having sesame seeds, Ragi , green leafy vegetables, amaranth .

Don't forget to take atleast 30 mins of sunshine ☀️early morning to have adequate Vitamin D as it will help in Calcium absorption.

Sprout Chana Salad !! 🥗

An excellent breakfast and dinner option. It provides satiety and helps in weight management as it keeps one fuller for a long period of time and reduce cravings.

It is a rich source of fibre,protein,Calcium and is not a good source of Vitamin C. But Vitamin C content can be enhanced by sprinkling lemon juice 🍋 over it.
