Here are the major highlights from EUR/JPY this week 📊
🔸 EUR/JPY’s downtrend has been paused by forming a consolidation pattern below the 200-period EMA on the four-hour chart.
🔸 The pair has been emerging in a triangle pattern in August.
🔸 Sellers hit the pattern support line at 137.715.
🔸 If the pattern holds, the pair may reverse upside to recapture the upper border around 137.980.
🔸 The price continues sideways unless it breaks the triangle decisively.
🔸 A sustained breach of 137.715 can lead to further declines toward the 134.925 and 133.375 support levels, respectively.
🔸 Otherwise, a break above 137.980 will put the 139.500 resistance level in the spotlight.
