India Successfully Evacuates 3,000 Citizens from Iran and Israel Amid Escalating Tensions

In a major humanitarian operation, the Indian government has evacuated over 3,000 nationals from conflict-hit Iran and Israel, ensuring their safe return home.

Using special Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft and coordinated efforts between the Ministry of External Affairs and local embassies, the mission was carried out swiftly in response to growing regional instability. Most of the evacuees included students, professionals, and families caught in the crossfire of escalating hostilities.

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar praised the efforts, saying, “Every Indian life matters. The safety of our citizens is our top priority.”

The evacuation comes amid rising geopolitical tensions in West Asia, with India closely monitoring the situation and preparing contingency plans for further evacuations if needed.
