Every week, we have sessions on un-parenting, based on scientific research and an experiential understanding, dealing with the psychological aspects of growth of a child. We also have a Music circle every week, where dadis and nanis bring in an amazing array of songs and rhymes which are entrenched in our culture

We also have customized sessions with children aged 1 to 6 years, on request, over Video and/or Audio, covering a range of developmental areas (Physical, Sense Perception, Growth of understanding, Self expression, Socio Emotional. This also includes material and resources for a self paced session. It is all created with a special aspiration to reinstate imagination and intuition as our guides. Sahajiya is another initiative within Sehr to have conversations with children (aged 4 years to 14 years) based on cheerful listening. It is an experiment in self organization and thinking

Nandita has more than a decade of experience in applying integral education principles in early childhood. Guided by the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Mirra Alfassa of Sri Aurobindo Ashram Puducherry, she led the Auro Navakriti pre-school for 14 years in Delhi. She anchored programmes in self development, teacher training and parent counselling. In her earlier years, she also worked as a photojournalist. Ashima has been working with Manzil Mystics, an NGO working to bring about social change and enrich learning through Music in elementary school. She is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Chartered Accountant, and has previously served IL&FS Education in strengthening and supporting education in government schools
