Govt to set up central processing unit for forms filed under companies law To ensure a faster response to corporates, the government will set up a central processing centre for handling forms filed with field offices under the companies law.

As per latest data of unclaimed investments in shares & dividends only ~30% of the total claims filed since 2016 have been approved. 70% of the claims are either rejected or pending / stuck due to some or the other discrepancy.
