Job Description
• Will lead development, maintenance and testing of Android phone and tablet apps.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Participate in the entire app life-cycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support.
• Will design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
• Will work with outside data sources and API’s.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to Play Store and support.
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and realise products.
• Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps.
• Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.
• Optimising performance for the apps.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.
• Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attend industry events/ conference –both attending and presenting.
• Keen to Keep Researching for New, Interactive and Latest updates.
• Train and Help other Colleagues, Employees, Trainers, Developers, Interns and other Students in the Company.
• Pro-Active and Willing to take Initiatives and Responsibilities.
• Should be able to Work and Act as a Public Representative and Promote the Company’s Name, Fame and Business Wherever Possible.
• Capable to handle multiple projects Simultaneously.
• Meeting/liaising with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum Work Experience of 1 – 5 Years. Freshers may also apply.
• Published examples of mobile applications on the Play Store or XDA Developers.
• Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles.
• Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision.
• Ability to multi task and good time management skills.
• Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team.
• Excellent Scoping and Estimation skills, Testing/ QA skills, Aptitude, Manipulative, Behavioural, Computational, Presentation, Verbal, Written, Interpersonal, Communications and Teaching Skills and should be Fluent in English.
• Experience with Android SDK, NFC, working with remote data via REST and JSON, third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Should be Creative, with Artistic Flair and with Good Imagination, Analytic and High Order Thinking Skills.
• The Essential Skills required are Android, Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/J2ME), Knowledge of SQLite, Familiar with Eclipse, LAMP development experience, PHP frameworks, Creative design skills etc.
• Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON) and Experience of development using web technologies.
• Competencies for success are Creativity, Learning on the Fly, Technical Learning, Action Orientated, Dealing with Ambiguity, Peer Relationships, Time Management, Written Communications and Problem Solving.
• Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and PHP.
• Experience building web and native apps.
• Excellent debugging, optimisation and testing skills.
• Working understanding of AES Encryption algorithms
