Modern Canopy House is a gathering and retreat farmhouse, set in the serene part
of Radhey Mohan Drive on Bandh Road, Delhi.
The site has a pre-existing neem tree and dense bamboo plantation on the southern periphery. On entering the Modern Canopy House one is greeted by a lush green lawn on one side and depth of the residence on the other. The house is designed in a modern style of architecture, which embraces minimalism in the built form.
Additionally, the residence draws its name from canopy which gives a strong identity & grandeur to the space. The canopy that covers a portion of the house - has been designed to look like a ying bird – therefore giving an impression of the house as a protected and comfortable bird’s nest
