Women's day week special (6/6)💫

कर्म एक ahsaas hai, ek emotion jise हर दिन जिया aur mahsoos kiya जाता है।

We at KARM, celebrate Women’s Day every day! Each moment a celebration of women rising, learning, and becoming.

We present a short visit into our world - a story of courage, resilience, and transformation, where women at KARM are dreaming of change and rewriting their own destinies.

Here, voices find confidence, dreams find direction, and possibilities turn into purpose.

Every step taken an act of courage, every challenge a story of strength. These are journeys of women who chose growth over fear, learning over limitation, and hope over hesitation.

Because enablement is not a once-in-a-year promise at KARM, it is a way of life!

And this movie is a glimpse into that journey, where seemingly ordinary stories effect extraordinary change.

This Women’s Day, we celebrate not just who women are, but who we are becoming.

Happy Women's day to all of you. 💫

| Channelising Wealth for Purpose | Hosted by ILSS

Moderated by the author Rashmi Bansal, the conversation brought together three women who believe that giving is a way of being.

Alongside Rati Forbes, Director, Forbes Marshall, and Tanvi Bikhchandani, Co-founder, Tamarind Chutney, our Founder Chairperson Radhika Bharat Ram shared her journey - why she gives, how she gives, and the philosophy that anchors her work at KARM.

It was a conversation that discussed giving beyond cheques and charity. It explored how individuals, families, and institutions can align values with giving, of how to build intentional philanthropic journeys. It also discussed how to support organisations not for a season - but for the long term.

At the heart of it was a powerful reminder:
Depth must always come before scale. And be anchored in -
Trust.Intent.Collaboration.

These are not soft words. They are the architecture of meaningful impact. The discussion encouraged fundraisers and nonprofit leaders to engage more deeply with donors - not as sources of funding, but as partners in purpose. Because sustainable change is built in relationships, not transactions.

At KARM, we continue to believe: when you give time before money, when you listen before you design, when you walk beside rather than ahead - Impact becomes enduring.
