𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
Celebrating the successful completion of a recent cohort with a 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 for the 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 under the 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, in collaboration with Sonata Software, at Akshaya Institute of Technology, Tumkur.

70+ learners have completed their training journey, equipped with in-demand digital skills and the confidence to step into the workforce. The initiative continues to open meaningful career pathways for aspiring youth.

As these learners transition from training to opportunity, the focus remains on enhancing employability and creating sustainable impact through technology-led skilling.

A certification ceremony marked the successful completion of a recent batch in Dibrugarh, Assam under the 𝗬𝗘𝗦 – 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 Project, supported by YES FOUNDATION.
320 candidates were trained across 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗚𝗗𝗔) and 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗠𝗣𝗔) roles, with 80% successfully placed—reflecting strong industry alignment and employability outcomes.

The event was graced by Rituparna Baruah and Sujan Das, from YES BANK Dibrugarh, along with Rekhit Lawaniya and Pallabi Saikia from Centum, with strong participation from employers, stakeholders and parents.

During the ceremony, over 37% of the cohort received job offer letters, marking their transition into the workforce.

Candidates also showcased their practical skills through live demonstrations — including medical equipment handling, a community health check-up camp, theatrical performances, and a mocktail-making presentation.

𝟰𝟱𝟬+ 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
A 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 in Lucknow marked the successful completion of another cohort under the 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗪𝗘𝗘) initiative, part of Kaabil – Empowering Women Through Jobs, in collaboration with Mahindra Group.
The event brought together 450+ candidates from Lucknow, Mirzapur, and the Employability Enhancement Training (EET) program— celebrating their transition from skilling to workforce readiness.

The ceremony was graced by Tausif Siddiqui from Mahindra & Mahindra, along with Robin Sinha, Rekhit Lawaniya, Neeraj Pandey, Pallabi Saikia, Prakhar Prabhat, Sandhali Pathak, and Raghavendra Singh representing Centum Foundation, reaffirming a shared commitment to expanding livelihood opportunities for women.

Candidates trained in roles such as 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 showcased their skills through live demonstrations,. A job fair held alongside the event enabled participants to connect with employers and explore employment opportunities. As a part of the program the candidates have registered themselves in the Kaabil Application platform for seeking better job opportunities.
