KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in client communication and coordination under supervision
Scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-ups as instructed
Collecting and organising client information and documents
Maintaining basic client interaction logs and task trackers
Sharing non-legal status updates with clients as guided
Coordination support between clients and internal legal teams
Ensuring timelines and follow-ups are properly tracked
Maintaining confidentiality and professional etiquette
Timely completion of assigned coordination tasks
Submission of a Task Completion Report with every assignment
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Students or fresh graduates (law / management / any discipline)
Good communication and listening skills
Willingness to learn professional client handling
Organised approach and follow-up discipline
Laptop, internet, and calm communication style
