Breakfast should be heavy and having a craze for sourdough breads, you need to have some Sourdough Sub Sandwich. Made from cold cut tomato, Capsicum or bell peppers, onion, gherkins, jalapenos, olive, iceberg lettuce and some cheese slices. The bread is pan roasted with butter and some herbs, on all sides . The veggies are added in round cut and diced fashion with some of them being added to the special sauce with chilli having a Mayo base (eggless). Let me know how you feel for this?

Be it Mocktails or cocktails or just packaged fizz bottles, summer often reminds us to stay cook and just let the gas explode in you and feel settled. I call this Elder Punch, which has elderflower extract, molasses or simple sugar syrup, triple-sec, some muddled in lemon, ginger and some sea salt and topping it off with natural soda or sparkling water. Can be garnished with salt rim or mint with an olive and if needed, can add some gin for additional punch. Seems to be nice recipe.

Chocolate day is over, but when someone is craving for it, you just cant deny them. Turned the apple-cinnamon sorbet with dark chocolate brownie and praline crumble into a coco brownie crumble ice-cream, with all sugar and chocolate levels complementing each other,.. Even I was surprised that it tasted nice with hints of vanilla from the condensed milk.

Brew Tuesdays.. That's what we are calling it for brewing different things in our lab... kitchen.... and testing things out. This time we are checking on our Mead, which has been aging for 15 days. Didn't want much alcohol percentage but its still nice to have around 3%, with a nice honey flavor and tinge on heat from the pepper and hints or orange peel zest. This is us measuring the percentage using a hydrometer.
