✅Teen Who Killed 2 With Porsche Got Bail in 15 hrs. Ordered to write an essay.
The 17-year-old boy at the wheel of the speeding Porsche that hit a bike in Pune Saturday night, killing a man and a woman, was out on bail 15 hours after he was arrested. His lawyer Prashant Patil said a court granted bail to the minor on conditions -- he has to work with traffic police in Yerwada for 15 days, write an essay on accidents, undergo treatment for his drinking habit and take counselling sessions. The accused is the son of a prominent Pune realtor.
Twenty-four-year-olds Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta, both engineers from Madhya Pradesh working in Pune, were returning on a bike after attending a get-together with friends. The Porsche, which eyewitnesses have said was driving at over 200 km per hour and had no number plates, hit the bike. Ashwini was thrown about 20 feet in the air and landed hard, said an eyewitness. Aneesh was thrown at a parked car and suffered serious injuries. Both died on the spot.

Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has declared November 25 as "no non-veg day" to mark the birth anniversary of Sadhu TL Vaswani. All meat shops and slaughterhouses will remain shut on the abovementioned date across the state, an official statement said.
Sadhu Thanwardas Lilaram Vaswani was an Indian educationist who started the Mira Movement In Education and set up St. Mira's School in Hyderabad, Sindh (now in Pakistan). A museum, Darshan Museum dedicated to his life and teaching was opened in Pune.
The recent announcement came days after UP government imposed a ban on the production, storage, distribution and sale of food products with halal certification with immediate effect while exempting products manufactured for export.
Making the announcement, the state government alleged "malicious attempts" to discourage the use of products lacking a halal certificate not only seek "unfair financial benefits" but also form part of a "pre-planned strategy to sow class hatred, create divisions in society, and weaken the country" by "anti-national elements".
Following the ban on Halal-certified products, the Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) conducted raids at several places to examined food items. On November 22, an FSDA team conducted a raid on fast food giant McDonald's outlet in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow as part of the state government's latest crackdown on inauthentic Halal-certified products.
