JOB DESCRIPTION
As Technical Account Professional you will be aligned to manage, oversee, and address technical needs for clients / customers along with promoting a positive vision for the organization .and make sustainable decision in terms of scalability and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Review, investigate and analyze client software issues relating to database structure, and provided timely resolutions.
2. Coordinated with multiple technical departments to troubleshoot highly escalated technical issues including infrastructure, networking, and database.
3. Provide technical support to customers and support them with pre-sales and post-sales processes.
4. Define process and coordinate with main stakeholders both at the customer and the engineering end.
5. Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.
6. Technical deep dive - review the APIs in detail, consulting with customer to provide best practices and most efficient set up of the APIs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-5 years of experience in TAM (preferably public cloud sales) and good conceptual knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
2. Experience in service delivery & client services will be preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Quality Assurance Manager/ Assistant Manager who can manage end to end testing cycle and leverage our QA team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hands-on experience with Functional, Performance, Scalability and Reliability Testing
2. Ability to test, validate and certify high volume datasets
3. Experience in API testing and integration testing is must.
4. Exposure on tools like POSTMAN is mandatory.
5. Exposure to Cypress is a plus
6. Experience in Report Testing (charts, Table, Graphs or any other Visualization) will be a plus
7. Experience in Android Testing
8. Provide regular reports on testing and resolution status, including metrics
9. Review test strategy, test plans and test cases/scenarios for each platforms
10. Using Test Management tools will be a plus.
11. Experience in agile, managing the QA team with agile mindset, working across multiple projects having different scrum teams, helping the team transition to agile, provide advice on challenging situations.
12. Ensuring the teams (Scrum Teams) implement and follow best practices to prevent defects
13. Supervise QA team and the quality assurance process; this includes setting and communicating priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, and reviewing staff tasks and performance, managing complete staff hiring (taking tests and interviews) and on boarding activities for new hires in QA team


KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 7+ Years of experience in QA and managing multiple team members.
2. Presently working in a CMM Level 5 organization or an ISO 27001 certified organization
3. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
4. Excellent experience in manual and automation testing skills
5. Have good people management skills
