A patent document filed in 2003 in the US is now getting lots of attention. Imagine if the US can do research and patent in 2003 when only fewer states have permissions to grow and research . So why in India we cannot have enough patents when we got the policy introduced in 2017 . Also bhang was always legal in a few states in India , but there was no ecosystem where people can experiment and get their research patented. Today is the time, we should try our hands on it otherwise the US and China are going to take over all our ancient knowledge over h**p.
