4. *Swarm Prevention*: Monitor for swarm signs. Add supers or split colonies if needed.
5. *Disease Management*: Check for diseases like Nosema or American Foulbrood. Take action promptly if detected. Treat Varroa mites by vaporizing oxalic acid.
6. *Harvest Planning*: Plan honey extraction and prepare equipment.
7. *Pesticide Safety*: Avoid neurotoxic pesticides or insecticides in fields. Create awareness about using non-neurotoxic chemicals in agriculture or nurseries.
8. *Plantation*: Plant nectar-rich flowering plants, herbs, and shrubs.
9. *Security and Insurance*: Secure colonies and boxes with CCTV and sensors for physical security. Buy insurance for every box.

We succeeded in doing our first Honeybee Queen Grafting or Queen Rearing or Honey Bee Breeding, all Colonies got new Queens and becoming stronger fast , it was carried out by Dr. Amrit Chhetri , the owner of Amrit Apiary and Mentor to various programs including 'Honey Bee Startups' at MAARG Startup India().
