Ragi buttermilk recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsp Ragi Flour
1+1/4 Cup Water
2 Glass Buttermilk
Mint/Coriander/Green Chillies for garnish

Instructions
Mix ragi with 1/4 cup water and make a thick paste.
In a pan heat 1 cup water, once the water starts to boil, add ragi paste, mix it well and cook it until it forms a thick and glossy mixture.
Once it cools down. mix as required in a glass of buttermilk.seasoned with salt,mint/corriander and green chillies.

Tofu Salad Recipe

ingredients:---
Tofu (garlic chilli flavoured) 200 gm
Carrot 100 gm
Onion 100 gm
Tomatoes 150 gm
Cucumber 150 gm
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Extra virgin Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Schezwan sauce1 table spoon
Black pepper 1 small spoon
Roasted peanuts 20 gm
Salt to taste

Process:
Chop the onions, tomatoes ,cucumber and carrot in small pieces.
Dice tofu in small pieces.
Now take big bowl and put all vegetables,roasted peanuts and tofu in it.
Now add soya sauce,vinegar ,extra virgin olive oil and schezwan sauce
Seasson with black paper and salt to taste
Toss all the items evenly
your tofu salad is ready.
