Starting today, each month we will feature a random member from our team that showcases their work, their story, their journey to RDA and their work life. These are our real heroes who spend immense amount of time talking to you all, to get your business requirement right, these are the heroes that translate your ideas into great design and code. We feel this will be a great opportunity for you folks to know our people at a more personal level and also be appreciative of their efforts. This month's hero is Sharmila Parveen, featured in cover picture :) We shall share her story shortly! If you have any questions that you would like her to answer, comment below & we'll share her response.

Good morning everyone, I read something very interesting today.

This got me thinking, so I want all to genuinely answer this (publicly here or as a private message to me)

1. Do you feel that your managers, team mates or CEO, DO NOT listen to your ideas?
2. Do you think that our company is not evolving as fast as you envisioned or has stopped evolving at all?
3. Do you think there is nothing more to learn
4. When you are working on a problem, do you have the freedom to choose the best solutions and methods.
5. Do you think your talents, hardwork & loyalty is not recognized or not valued?

Please answer honestly so that we may understand our workplace better and keep any issues, poor practices & productivity hinderers outside RDA. I want our office floor to be a stress free environment for everyone, big or small. You may also send in your responses via email or private skype message. Also feel free to offer suggestions or criticism. No one will be pointed out or judged for their answers.
