There is global recession as far as international trade is concerned.Especially the economic growth of USA is negative.The economy of European union is terrific.China devalued its currency to boost its exporters.Because of the above factors Indian exports declines and supply of US dollars is getting reduced .Hence there is demand for US Dollars.So rupee is weakening towards US dollars and thereby exchange fluctuations.Exporters are to be vigilant.They are advised to hedge their currency exposures.
