About the Role
We are hiring a Female HR Executive for our Tirupur branch who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of handling complete HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates via job portals, consultancies, references, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with team leads.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and daily reports.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding forms, and ID creation.
Conduct employee induction and explain company rules, policies & culture.
Maintain employee files and documentation in an organized manner.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance, permissions, late marks, and leave entries.
Coordinate with management for monthly payroll input & performance sheets.
Prepare HR MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
4. Employee Engagement & Support
Handle employee queries professionally.
Maintain discipline and ensure proper adherence to office guidelines.
Track new joiners, performance, and probation evaluations.
5. HR Administration & Office Coordination
Support daily office operations at Tirupur branch.
Coordinate with Coimbatore HO for reporting & updates.
Manage stationery, system allocation, and basic admin tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment & HR generalist activities.
Basic Excel skills (attendance sheet, reports).
Good interpersonal skills & the ability to handle pressure.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
1–2 years of HR experience (mandatory).
Must be willing to work full-time from office (Tirupur).
