This is a list of Do-Follow business directories that allow you DF links for creating your profile with a hyperlink and(or) filling up in the description in your profile where you can put hyperlinks to your pages (DF).
Some people may say that do-follow links from directory sites aren't helpful much for SEO.

"Yes, exactly". It doesn't help your SEO much because do follow from "business directories, or classified ads listings" aren't counted for passing a rank signal on your pages.
